Delete your Outfiteame account

You can request deletion of your account and sign-in data without reinstalling the app. If you can still sign in, you can also do this from Profile → Settings → Account → Delete my account.

Request deletion by email

  1. Write from the email address linked to your account to info@outfitea.me, with the subject “Delete my Outfiteame account”.
  2. State that you want to delete your account. If you used Google, use that account’s email address. Do not send passwords, verification codes or photos of your clothes.
  3. We will reply to verify that the account is yours and confirm processing. If you no longer have access to that email address, tell us so we can review another way to verify your identity.

Prepare deletion request

This link opens your email app. The request is sent when you send the message; opening the link does not delete the account. You can also copy the address and write from webmail. This process requires manual verification.

What is deleted

Your Outfiteame authentication account in Supabase, its email and associated identities are removed from the active service, and its renewable sessions are revoked. Deletion cannot be undone. Your Google account remains with Google. Providers may retain operational logs or technical copies according to their retention cycles; we do not promise their immediate disappearance.

What remains on your device

Your wardrobe is not synced with your account. Deleting the account does not remove your local garments, photos, outfits, profile or settings. Manage those data in the app or through device or browser storage controls. Also review original photos, exports and system backups. We cannot delete those copies remotely.

A technical marker of the deleted identifier is kept locally, without an email address or tokens, to prevent an operation in progress from restoring that session.

Mailing list and other data

The website’s mailing list is separate. If you also want to unsubscribe or request deletion of its data, say so in the same message or use the unsubscribe link in an email you received. You can use the same contact address for other privacy requests.
