Welcome to Outfiteame! By accessing and using our mobile app or website (outfitea.me), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Outfiteame is a tool designed to help you organize your wardrobe, digitize your clothes and create clothing combinations. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Intellectual Property

All content included in the app and website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software, belongs to Outfiteame or its content providers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

3. User Content

Photos of your clothes, outfits and other content you create remain yours. Your wardrobe is saved locally in the app or browser, and you can use it without an account. The optional account identifies you; it does not sync your wardrobe or make your photos public. Exports you save and system backups may retain data outside the app’s storage. Review and manage those copies too. Deleting your account does not erase your local wardrobe, exports, Google account or mailing list subscription.

4. Waiting List (Beta)

With your consent, the mailing list sends emails exclusively about the launch, development and updates of the Outfiteame app. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link included in every email. The subscription is separate from the app’s optional account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Outfiteame is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors or operate without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Outfiteame will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the app after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
